Gov. Robert Bentley is looking for some factional payback in tonight’s BCS championship between LSU and the University of Alabama.

Bentley announced via his Trill account that, if Alabama loses, he’ll wear a purple tie to effort on Tuesday. “WHEN Bama wins,” he said, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal will send him some Louisiana seafood.

“BCS wager is on!” Jindal tweeted in answer. “Geaux Tigers!”

Bentley lost a previous bet to Jindal on Nov. 5, when the Tigers overcome the Crimson Tide at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Bentley said that, on Jindal’s next come to see to the state, he’ll treat him to lunch at Tuscaloosa’s Rama Jama restaurant for a “13 Popular Championships BLT.” The mammoth sandwich features 13 strips of bacon — one for each of the Tide’s 13 public titles.
