Jane Fonda looks fabulous in her 1980s leotard. I don’t in reality agree with plastic surgery, though. In my opinion, you should age naturally. But she does look large and I’m pleased she still has the confidence to flaunt it.

Personally, I keep myself in shape with ­a lot of walking. It’s a unquestionably enjoyable way to keep trim.

I swear by yoga, too. I usually only go once a week but the results are staggering. I started five years ago and was very impressed with how toned I became. It’s also low impact so you don’t put much vein on your body.

I go to the gym once a fortnight and use the cardio machines, play badminton and also go swimming about twice a month.

I undeniably enjoy exercise but doing the same thing all the time can get boring, so I try to mix up what I do so I don’t fritter interest.
