how effective are walking exercise gliders?
Question: is it the same as power walking in terms of calories burnt and complete fitness? sometimes its too cold outside and i want to use my walking exercise salubrity glider but not sure how effective this might be to get the same workout as i would during a proper constitutional outside!
Answer: It works for me. I muse over the swimming idea is good too. When I stop the walking, the persuasiveness goes up--so it is important to do it at least 30 minutes a day. I also move my arms back and forth holding recondite objects. Start with 2-3 pounds (1-1.5 kilos) then drudgery
