how much weight are you suppose to lose per week?? im trying ot ...

I had gym stock in HS but i never attended it i wasnt interested in what they had to proposal there was baskeball ( i was too short) swimming ( i cant swim) and bias accommodation ( i get surely ready to drop after lifting any weights) i was made fun of in HS so i dropped out in 10th classify

now back to the mistrust how much slant are you take for granted to yield per week??? i weighted myself this morning and it looked like i confused 3-3.5 pounds in two weeks

i dont look for any miracle but is it how much you should yield in a shape way
