Question: In overt Universities and government facilities. Turkey has a long report of resisting Islamic radicals and extremists, and is (was) the only secular (not a unsympathetic religious dictatorship like the rest of the Middle East including Saudi Arabia - our "allies")
Answer: Well, it does take some of the air out of the Islamists, who can't complain and get extra PR trying to get this law overturned. I think more women will be forced to endure the scarves than really to, though.
